March 24: Bro. Larry Harris brought the message, from John 10:1-16. Jesus came into this life so that you and I could live and not die. The greatest departure is being apart from God. God has supplied the greatest shepherd. God wanted a lamb to represent him. Is he your shepherd?
Read John 3:16. We have a shepherd when we are born. God’s word is not invisible.
In the book of Matthew, the King of Jews is presented in 42 generations.
Luke goes all through the genealogy of man.
Adam is the son of God. The Word of God is Jesus in our presence. All men can be God’s sheep. God has given us a shepherd for the sheepfold, for all mankind. You are a sheep who has gone astray. Adam disobeyed God. Disobedience brought death to mankind.
In Psalms 23, the shepherd, David said the Lord is my shepherd. The shepherd would become the door. A sheep would not cross over the shepherd. The shepherd lies across the door; he is the doorway to heaven.
Read Genesis 3:15. You can disappoint community. But are you a disappointment to our creator? God has given a shepherd to all mankind.
Read I Thessalonians 4:13. We are God’s sheep. He has become the door for our protection. Read John 10:11-12, John 6:24, and Matthew 6
Why are the Ten Commandments so important? The Ten Commandments are there to know which way you are going. Are you following God, the world, or flesh?
What is the main thing Abraham done? He followed God. He was rich; he was looking for God. God provided the way for Abraham. Do you follow God only? No other Gods?
If you follow the wrong shepherd, you are a proud sheep. Submit to God, resist the devil, and cleanse your heart.
Read 10:15, and John 11. God provides the chief shepherd. The chief shepherd overcame both physical and spiritual death. He became the Lamb of God. God forsake the chief shepherd. He is the first shepherd, King of Kings, and Lord of Lords. Is he your shepherd? You are an individual lost and gone astray.
We are not perfect trying to follow the chief shepherd. Psalms 23. I shall not want. If you died right now where would you go? Would you go with the chief shepherd? Is he your shepherd? What will you do with this man, Jesus? I pray today Jesus will become your chief shepherd.

March 17: More Than Merely Passing Away Part III-Heaven
Lot of people’s views of heaven come from movies, and a lot of people doesn’t know what the Bible tells us about Heaven. I Corinthians 2:9 But, as it is written, “What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love him.” We can have a lot of thoughts about Heaven but no one can imagine what heaven will be like. The Devil wants us to believe that Heaven can wait. He wants us to be comfortable with our day-to-day lives and not focus on Heaven. No one knows how much time we have to give our hearts to God. Psalms 84:10 For a day in your courts is better than a thousand elsewhere. I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of God then dwell in the tents of wickedness. Our very best days of our lives here on earth cannot compare to what Heaven will be like. Psalms 16:11 You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore. Most people think they will enter Heaven. The goodness that we have in us will not get us into Heaven, only the grace of God can get us into Heaven. Matthew 7:13-14 Enter by the narrow gate, For the gate is wide and the way is east that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few. God wants us all in Heaven. Revelations 21: 1-5 John writes, Then I saw a new heaven and earth, for the first time heaven and the first earth has passed away, and the sea was no more, And I saw that holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man. He will dwell with them, and they will be his people. And God himself will be with them as their God. He will wipe away every tear from their eye, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things has passed away. And he who was seated on the throne said, “Behold I am making all things new.” Also he said, “Write this down, for those words are trustworthy and true.” God himself will dwell with us in Heaven forever. When we fully see God we will fall into full worship. We have to think about the future of our lives. Join us: Sunday Morning 10am Sunday School, 11am Worship Service, Wednesday 6pm Wednesday night mid-week service. Online streaming is available during Worship Service on our Facebook page
