Actress Nabha Natesh’s Traditional Attire For Ugadi Is Picture Perfect

Nabha Natesh is a vision of beauty in her latest pictures for the Ugadi festival. The actress wore a gorgeous blue and purple pattu saree, the vibrant colors of which reflect the joyful spirit of the festival.

The intricate gold zari work of the saree adds a touch of opulence and makes her look like a queen. Nabha dressed like a true fashionista and adorned herself with a dazzling array of gold jewellery. From the traditional maang tikka and nose ring to the statement neckpiece and heavy bangles, each piece complemented the saree perfectly. Nabha’s entire ensemble exudes elegance and grace, leaving us all stunned by her stunning Ugadi look.

The Ugadi pachadi takes a unique form in Nabha’s house. Unlike the traditional Telugu variant, which is a blend of six flavours – sweet, sour, salty, bitter, spicy and astringent. Nabha’s family has their unique interpretation. She explains, “It is a must-have for the festival, but the recipe seems to vary everywhere. We call it Bevu Bella, which literally translates to ‘neem jaggery’ in English. Made only with neem flowers and jaggery, this simple dish represents the acceptance of life’s inevitable bittersweet experiences. With grace, we enjoy these contrasting tastes”.

The iSmart Shankar actress admits that she badly misses the festivities at home. Recalling the lively Ugadi celebrations of her childhood in Sringeri, Karnataka, she says, “Ugadi is a big festival for South Indians. Every year, the house would be decorated with flowers and mango leaves. I would help my mother decorate the puja room and help her in the kitchen with the festive delicacies.” One of her fondest memories is visiting the Sharada Peetam, a central place that attracts devotees from all over the world during Ugadi.

The actress, who was last seen in the 2021 OTT film Maestro will soon be seen in Bharat Krishnamachari’s Swayambhu, which also stars Nikhil Siddhartha and Samyuktha Menon. The filmmakers officially announced the news last week.

Nabha announced her comeback on Instagram and shared a video. She wrote, “Hey you, Did u miss me, I certainly did. Not anymore because I AM BACK! See you in the theatres soon. -love. Thank you team #swayambhu for the most amazing welcome. I am overwhelmed.”
