Gulf Coast Chorale to Enchant Biloxi Audiences with Free Concert

The enchanting strains of John Rutter’s celebrated “Requiem” will grace the sacred halls of St. Michael Catholic Church in Biloxi, Miss., on Sunday, March 3 at 2:30 p.m., when The University of Southern Mississippi’s Gulf Coast Chorale takes center stage.

Under the direction of Dr. Jonathan C. Kilgore, Assistant Professor of Music and Associate Director of Choral Activities, this transcendent musical experience promises to uplift the soul and stir the heart. This Ambassador Series event is presented free of charge and the public is invited.

John Rutter’s “Requiem,” a masterful fusion of traditional Latin text and English verses from the Bible, is renowned for its accessibility and melodic beauty.
