Couple gets engaged at Jonas Brothers concert in Phoenix
The Jonas Brothers hadn’t planned to play Earth, Wind & Fire’s “September” as part of their headlining set at the 2024 March Madness Music Festival on Saturday, April 6, at Margaret T. Hance Park in Phoenix.
But it isn’t every day you get to celebrate a young couple getting engaged at your concert.
It happened during “Gotta Find You” from the “Camp Rock” soundtrack, a swoon-worthy Joe Jonas song about finding “the missing piece I need.”
Well played, whichever member of the happy couple popped the question.
Joe happened to notice the proposal going down as he was singing.
“Did you guys propose?” he asked when the ballad was over.
When they said they had, Joe said, “Hell yeah, congrats, guys!”
Then Nick Jonas took the mic.
“To the happy couple down here, right here, congratulations,” he told them.

“We wish you a lifetime of happiness. We had another song picked, but we’re gonna switch it up just to fully celebrate this moment. This is our best version of being a wedding band, so this is our gift to you.”
And with that, the Jonas Brothers launched into “September,” nailing the high notes on the chorus.
It was a super sweet highlight of the concert.
